"Check in was slow so had a long drink waiting. It only improved slightly on waiting. Staff were efficient & room clean & tidy. No water coolers but ice available on each floor. Fresh water for room coffees? Hotel position limits you to access local amenities. Apart from that great!"

"Honestly had the best time at PUBLIC. Everything about the hotel was practical & it was so comfortable. The staff members, especially Harry & Payton, were very accommodating throughout our visit. The hotel has SO many amenities that are worth checking out. The whole space is very aesthetically pleasing. Make sure you check out the cafe on the ground floor. Everything was 10/10. They have robes & slippers upon request. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Four Points. Location was in close proximity of many sites to enjoy, subway's and dining. The room was very clean and tidy. Really good hot water pressure for showering. The air conditioning was nice and cool on a very hot summer day. The front desk and room cleaning service staff were very kind and welcoming. AL"

"I had a great stay at Arlo NoMad. The location is excellent—it’s easy to walk to many of New York City’s top attractions. The rooms are compact, which is typical for Manhattan, but they are clean, modern, and well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, Arlo NoMad is a comfortable hotel in a fantastic location at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again."

"If you’re looking for a nice hotel, with a friendly staff and it centrally located, this is the place for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to subways, and a few blocks away from Korea town, with some of the best food I experienced during my stay. Best of all, there are beautiful views of the Empire State building and you are steps away from the famous Macy’s! I’ve stayed at this property the last 3 visits and I will continue to do so."
